The picture doesn't do it justice, as I just couldn't get a clear one. It comes filled with your choice of scent. Then all you have to do is wash out with soap and water, or wipe out with paper towel. It will then be ready to use again as a votive holder. Keep in mind the price is also including a soy candle for starting you off. Your choice of scent of course.
