I am using the "Leafy Brown" warmer. You would never know it was a 12 watt as melts wax as if it were 20 or 24 watt. Bowl does get warm. I have tested with soy, parasoy and straight paraffin wax. Had air conditioner on when melting paraffin and was completely melted within 1/2 hour. These warmers are great, so don't let the low wattage fool you. Gets hotter then you'd think.
